{"id":3015,"date":"2024-09-23T14:52:51","date_gmt":"2024-09-23T14:52:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.braininstitute.ca\/non-classifiee\/tips\/"},"modified":"2024-10-23T18:17:32","modified_gmt":"2024-10-23T18:17:32","slug":"tips","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.braininstitute.ca\/fr\/non-classifiee\/tips\/","title":{"rendered":"Prenez soin de votre cerveau\u00a0: six conseils pour un cerveau en sant\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prendre soin de votre sant\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale et de votre bien-\u00eatre mental est tout aussi important que de prendre soin de votre sant\u00e9 physique.<\/p>\n<p>Les conseils que vous offre l\u2019IOC sur le cerveau se veulent des fa\u00e7ons simples de favoriser votre sant\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale au quotidien et ainsi subvenir \u00e0 vos besoins ou \u00e0 ceux de vos proches.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voici six conseils pour prendre soin de votre cerveau.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dormir\u00a0:<\/strong> le fait de conserver les m\u00eames habitudes au coucher peut am\u00e9liorer votre sommeil. Respectez un horaire stable de sommeil et cr\u00e9ez un espace qui sera tranquille, sombre et confortable. R\u00e9duisez au minimum la stimulation et faites des choses qui vous aident \u00e0 vous d\u00e9tendre, comme prendre un bain ou lire un livre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Relaxer\u00a0:<\/strong> reconna\u00eetre les situations qui vous stressent et vous entra\u00eener \u00e0 vous d\u00e9tendre peut vous aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les situations difficiles. Il est important de trouver des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019adaptation qui fonctionnent pour vous. M\u00e9ditez ou pratiquez une activit\u00e9 que vous aimez, comme \u00e9couter de la musique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stimuler:<\/strong> entra\u00eenez votre cerveau tous les jours! Apprenez une nouvelle langue ou un nouvel instrument de musique. On obtient davantage de bienfaits en acqu\u00e9rant une nouvelle comp\u00e9tence qu\u2019en faisant quelque chose de familier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manger\u00a0:<\/strong> favorisez un cerveau sain en adoptant un r\u00e9gime alimentaire qui regorge de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes et qui int\u00e8gre des poissons riches en acides gras om\u00e9ga-3, comme le saumon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bouger\u00a0:<\/strong> vous voulez r\u00e9duire votre risque de d\u00e9velopper la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer? Faites de l\u2019exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Les adultes qui continuent de faire de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique en vieillissant sont pr\u00e8s de 40\u00a0% moins susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer, comparativement \u00e0 ceux qui sont inactifs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jouer\u00a0:<\/strong> planifiez une sortie sociale chaque semaine. Vous pouvez par exemple clavarder ou organiser une rencontre virtuelle avec un \u00eatre cher qui vit au loin, appeler votre m\u00e8re ou vous joindre \u00e0 un club de lecture en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Institut ontarien du cerveau est fier de soutenir les groupes communautaires, les chercheurs, les cliniciens et les entreprises; et de collaborer avec eux dans le cadre de ses divers programmes et initiatives. C\u2019est ce qui permet de passer du labo \u00e0 la vraie vie.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que nous soyons heureux de vous sugg\u00e9rer ces quelques conseils sur la sant\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale, ceux-ci ne visent pas \u00e0 remplacer des soins d\u2019urgence.
